Formulation Chemist Job Location: South East England (Commutable from Surrey, Epsom, Woking, Leatherhead, Crawley etc) Job Salary: Approximately £23k Job Type: Full time, permanent This is an excellent opportunity for a talented science graduate to join an established chemical formulation company. They specialise in designing dynamic cosmetics for their clients, from toiletries to hair care products. As a Junior Formulation Chemist, you will be able to put your enthusiasm and scientific skills to good use by brainstorming fresh designs, regularly staying up to date with market trends and attending exciting exhibitions on an international level. As well as liaising with clients regularly to ensure you are fulfilling all expectations, you will also have balanced opportunities to work in a lab environment to trial formulations. Additional Responsibilities: Transfer all collected data over to formulation software Routinely report complex technical information with a concise and accurate approach Widen your knowledge of cosmetic product legislations Research and analyse innovate technologies Key Essentials: Excellent communication skills Driven individual with an observant nature Able to take a scientific approach to problem-solving Strong academic background 2:1 or above in Scientific subject (e.g. Chemistry, Formulation Science, Cosmetic Science etc.) Job Sectors: Graduate Science Jobs/ Junior Science Jobs/ Chemistry Jobs/ Cosmetic Science Jobs/ Formulation Science Jobs
