Overview
This very well established Property Finance institution based in the West end are looking to engage the services of a professional individual who has acquired demonstrable Property Lending work experience. Duties will include:- Originating new lending opportunities and managing a portfolio of clients, Analysing proposals, preparing and presenting the credit applications through to managing the relationship following completion. Instructing and liaising with professional partners to include valuers, solicitors and monitoring surveyors. Attending meetings and site visits where and when necessary.
