Description About this Role: I need a Site Engineer to work a on heavy civils scheme involving roadworks near Bridgewater. This is a long term project with a variety of schemes still due to be completed. You will need to ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standard and on time. Some of these projects will include setting out on: Groundwork's Infrastructure Civils Works Highways Structures Topographic Surveys About the clients: You will be working with a highly successful contractors with offices across the West of England. The business specialises in the schemes they carry out - operating for over 50 years'. Having built strong relationships with a variety of clients, they have secured ongoing work as part of a framework as well as delivering schemes up to £25 million. Requirements including certificates and qualifications: Preferably but not essential HNC Civil Engineering qualified with up to 5 years' site experience. You will have excellent people management skills and the drive to ensure the project is completed within budget and on time. With the desire to improve and develop you will be offered the opportunity to progress. Experience in the relevant sectors Competent in setting out. Good word and excel skills. Competent with CAD. CSCS card. Ideally SMSTS Health and Safety management. Site supervision. Liaise with client and sub-contractors.
