Overview
Property Case Handler £22,000 - £25,000 City Centre Working for a fresh-thinking and ambitious small business from fab offices in the city, this role is an account management type position working in the property sector. Assisting with the sale of probate properties, you’ll be the key point of contact, liaising with clients, solicitors, insurers and other connected parties to account manage and ensure the smooth running of the process. They’re a great team, looking to bring on board someone who is focussed, driven to achieve and is great with customers. Customers are at the heart of everything they do so it’s vital that you’re a people kind of person too. The role is interesting, varied and allows you to manage your own cases whilst also working as part of the team in a growing business. Job Duties Managing a caseload of properties from initial instruction through to completion and subsequent administrative procedures Coordinating and instructing contractors to provide services such as property maintenance, valuation and repairs Assessing quotes and working with clients / contractors to agree instructions Providing service updates / progress reports to clients throughout the process to ensure they are kept fully involved Qualification of offers from interested parties, negotiating fees Pro-actively taking action to achieve best outcome for clients Regular updating of client records and CRM system Your Skills / Experience Previous experience in a client facing role; track record in caseload or account management A good understanding of the property market A proactive approach; you’re a solution finder and a deliverer of great customer service This is a great opportunity to work in an interesting sector, joining a professional and ethical company at an exciting period of growth.
