Pay: £10.29 per hour Duration: mid-April until the end of August Hours: 37.5 per week 9:00-17:00 Location: Otterbourne- Free on site parking We are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator to join our well-established client on the outskirts of Winchester in Otterbourne. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with effective communication skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to processes, to join a friendly team, where you can add value and deliver results. Responsibilities include: To support the gathering of information relating to trainees is obtained from their previous Responsible Manager or employing organisation for the purposes of revalidation. Support the organisation and arrangement of review panel meetings including ensuring that the attendance of trainees, panel members, lay representatives, external assessors and submission of documentation for review by the panel is organised. Support the administration of appeals helping to ensure that they are delivered in line with company policy / best practice Organise training logistics for panel members Attend and contribute to relevant meetings, including the provision of information and reports To produce both mandatory and ad-hoc reports Ensuring accurate inputting of data on Intrepid and other information systems Contribute to the implementation, where appropriate, of new information systems, aiding with testing or piloting and providing constructive feedback Act as the first point of contact, dealing and responding effectively with complex queries from stakeholders and passing relevant information to appropriate team members sensitively and autonomously Ensure communication within the organisation and to stakeholders is of high quality with accurate, excellent information available to all parties; communicate clearly concisely and persuasively. Exercise tact, diplomacy, empathy and discretion where appropriate and maintain confidentiality at all times Essential Skills Good keyboard skills and good use of IT systems Ability to work under pressure in a busy work environment and able to multi-task Minute taking and effective meeting practice Clear communicator with excellent writing, data entry and presentation skills. Capable of constructing and delivering clear information / instructions Ability to work without supervision using your own initiative.
