Your new firm This national law firm, based in the North West, is recognised as a leading firm in the insurance sector. They won a number of high profile awards last year. Due to an increasing number of instructions, a permanent paralegal is needed to join the dedicated fraud team in the Greater Manchester office. Your new role In your new role, you will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of pre-litigated and litigated matters of suspected fraudulent insurance claims. This will consist of hourly rate and fixed fee matters. When dealing with evidence, you will be required to use a methodical and forensic approach as well as exceptional attention to detail. You will be dealing with disclosure, reviewing evidence and conducting investigations. What you'll need to succeed This is an excellent opportunity for an LLB or LPC graduate to join a well-regarded firm and gain exposure to good quality work. You will possess excellent attention to detail and team-working skills.
