Overview
A national leading legal firm is seeking a fraud paralegal to join the expanding Insurance Fraud Department in Manchester. As a fraud paralegal, you will be joining a well-established complex Fraud Team and will be working closely with an experienced fraud solicitor. You will be handling 50-60 fraudulent motor claims incorporating phantom passengers, staged accidents, LSI and credit hire fraud with cases costing up to £200k. This is a unique opportunity and you will ideally have at least 2 years' litigation experience handling fraud cases. Candidates boasting a strong background within credit hire litigation will also be considered.
