Property Fraud Solicitor A leading international law firm is looking to recruit an Insurance Fraud Solicitor to join their highly regarded Property Liability Department in Manchester. The Team The team defend suspected fraudulent or exaggerated fast and multi-track property insurance claims. The firm are looking for a Fee earner/Solicitor with a background in property related disputes; product liability or insurance coverage disputes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor to broaden your litigation experience and develop your skills in counter fraud. This is an ideal role for an insurance lawyer to challenge your knowledge and assist clients in identifying, defending and preventing fraudulent claims with an innovative firm. What you need: You must be a qualified insurance fraud solicitor or legal executive with 2 years' PQE within a defendant insurance firm handling similar property related disputes, product liability and insurance coverage disputes. Counter fraud experience would be highly desirable.
