Casualty Fraud Fee Earner - North West Chadwick Nott are recruiting for a Casualty Fraud Fee Earner to join a leading department based in Manchester. The role will involve managing a caseload of casualty fraud matters across fast and multi-track values. The types of cases include EL, PL, highways, housing disrepair and property damage. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a defendant EL/PL fraud caseload but we are also keen to hear from EL/PL candidates with an interest in fraud.
