Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity with a well-established and highly renowned Scottish firm to be based in the Glasgow office. Due to organic growth, the firm is now looking for a skilled senior residential conveyancing solicitor with hands on experience in managing a wide range of property matters to join the innovative, inclusive and fast paced team on a permanent, full time basis. On a daily basis, your role will include managing your own caseload (high volume), dealing with all sale and purchase transactions, transfers of title, new build purchases, remortgage work, finalising missives, liaising with clients/various stakeholders, preparing and finalising documents and delivering a first-class customer service. Ideally, you will be a senior residential conveyancing solicitor with at least 4 years' of experience and should have a proven track record in handling the full cycle of conveyancing transactions. The role will also involve supporting more junior colleagues and so experience within a managerial role would be advantageous.
