ABUSE SOLICITOR A qualified Solicitor is required by this top 20 UK law firm to deal with historical abuse cases from its office based in Manchester city centre Role Overview You will work for a partner with considerable experience in handling complex abuse and failure to remove cases. The work in the team is varied including physical and emotional historic abuse, claims involving the elderly, human trafficking and human rights issues. The partner has also been involved in defending group actions as well as individual claims against private institutions. Candidate Profile The firm is seeking a solicitor who can demonstrate: Prior experience working on historical abuse claims from a claimant or defendant background. The team is looking to grow and applications are welcome from all levels of experience. Good communication skills and able to deal with sensitive issues that surrounds these types of cases.
