Overview
Fantastic opportunity for a senior lawyer to join a highly established commercial litigation and international arbitration team in Birmingham. The firm operates globally across 40 countries combining local and international knowledge to develop collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues. This role will involve working on high value, significant and complex litigation and international arbitration cases. Working for a varied client base including; multinational, Global 1000 and Fortune 500 enterprises as well as emerging companies and government/public sector bodies this is a genuine opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of disputes avoidance, investigations, management and resolution of high quality and often highly complex disputes. Candidates will be able to demonstrate circa 5-10 years' experience of working on high value and complex high court disputes and/or international arbitration matters. Essential skills include; the ability to work collaboratively and support colleagues and think creatively about delivering solutions to clients.
