Overview
Domus are working with a new provider that is looking to appoint a Commissioning Manager that can join their team and lead on commissioning new services for the company. As a company they are looking to provide high quality of care to young adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. They require a proven Manager with a track record of commissioning new services to drive their plans for setting up a new Supported Living Service. General duties will include: Taking the lead on Commissioning this New Supported Living Service Identifying new business opportunities Managing budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and that the home is profitable Ensuring compliance with regulations Working with regulatory bodies and local placing authorities Conducting pre-admission assessments and completing costings for prospective admissions Creating and developing strong relationships - internal and external Recruiting, leading, developing and motivating your team Dealing with all recruitment, employee relations and other people related issues Applicants looking to apply require: An excellent grasp and understanding of CQC standards and regulations – must have proven experience of delivering a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ service.
