Overview
My client is a well-established, FMCG company based in Dungannon. They are currently seeking an experienced EA to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position With a salary up to £25,000 per annum – dependent on experience Job Purpose: You will be responsible for providing full support to key individuals by carrying out diary management, travel bookings and email management. Essential Criteria: Educated to least GCSE level or equivalent with grade C or above in English and Mathematics combined with at least 2 years previous Executive PA experience Previous experience of preparing reports, diary management and travel bookings Proficient in Microsoft packages as well as experience of utilising social media for corporate use Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team Key Responsibilities: Act as first point of contact for Directors and Management in dealing with business related correspondence, visitors and phone-calls Proactively provide a first-class customer service to all colleagues and clients, through anticipating and delivering requirements, maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders and working as a team across the business sites, to drive continuous improvement Produce a wide range of business-related documentation, manage the collation and distribution of documents in advance of internal and external meetings as required Design presentations and assist in the preparation of high-quality reports Representing the business in strategic activities to support and drive the business forward through contributing to the delivery of multiple initiatives and projects Pro-actively manage the company’s various communication forums both internally and externally – Facebook, Linked In, website, internal screens, newsletter and notice boards Preparing, booking and servicing internal and external meetings Extensive and complex booking and arranging of travel, transport, accommodation and car hire Any other duties as required
