Overview
IT Service Architect Our client is urgently looking for an IT Service Architect to join their team based near Guildford, on a permanent basis. The IT Service Architect will be passionate about IT customer service, people, process, products, design and technology, and will be a strong advocate of clear communication, lean practices, right-size / right-time documentation and reusable processes and procedures. The IT Service Architect will take the lead role in designing and delivering “end to end” service proposals, support models and service transitions that are designed to meet product and project cost, risk, time and quality objectives. IT Service Architect – Key Skills: • Demonstrable leadership skills, including effective communication at all levels. • External customer facing and commercial experience in the delivery and support of IT services within a lean (Agile and DevOps), Prince 2 and ITIL operation. • Ability to prioritise and effectively plan within a rapidly changing environment. • Attention to detail. • Ability to effectively manage high volumes of competing demand and priorities. • Strong team player. • Certified service manager experience such as ITIL Expert V3 lifecycle and Agile Service Management training. • Hands on IT Service Management technology exposure.
