An excellent dispute resolution solicitor opportunity has arisen at a strong Legal 200 regional firm. The role will be based in the Guildford office, where you will be joining one of Surrey's leading firms who pride themselves on offering a first-class legal service to all clients. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload which will include commercial disputes such as; director, shareholder and partnership disputes, corporate fraud, insolvency, IP claims, franchise disputes and commercial property disputes. You will have completed a seat in commercial litigation and have assisted on both contentious commercial and property matters, able to demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
