The home offers elderly and disability nursing care packages in a beautiful setting, with state of the art facilities and luxury accommodation. What the home is offering and details of this RGN/RMN Nurse Unit Manager role: A full-time, permanent contract to work flexible day shifts Industry leading pay rates of £21.10 per hour plus paid breaks Pay enhancements for Bank Holidays A very competitive pension scheme with employer contributions Free on-site parking and subsidised meals whilst on duty As Nurse Unit Manager, you will coordinate the planning and implementation of care within a small unit within in the home, along with managing and monitoring service delivery. You will lead and develop the care and nursing team, motivating the teams to deliver the best possible standards of care and quality of life.
