Are you a construction solicitor who is looking to join a leading Legal 200 firm in central Leicester? Perhaps you are at the stage in your career where you are looking to take on the challenge of growing a new team? This is a fantastic opportunity to join an already established national law firm during a time of growth This is a particularly interesting position as, although the firm is recognised nationally for its work in the construction sector, its Leicester presence is in its infancy in the area. The firm therefore needs someone to take the helm and grow this side of the business locally. This role would suit someone who has the energy and appetite to grow a team. The ideal candidate will have a mix of contentious and non-contentious experience, so you should have a good understanding of adjudications. On the non-contentious side, the role will include drafting and negotiation of building contracts, warranties, professional appointments and bonds. The salary range given is to be used as a guide by us only. This is an important hire for the firm so the package is open for negotiation.
