HR Business Partner 12 months. Fixed term contract, Full Time (36 hours a week) Salary: £50,463 - £59,369 per annum plus benefits Central London About us The NMC is here to enable better, safer care. We set the education standards that nurses and midwives across the UK, and nursing associates in England, must achieve to practise. We register more than 700,000 practitioners, operate a revalidation process and, on the rare occasions when care goes wrong, step in to investigate and take action when needed. This April, we’re launching our new corporate strategy for the next five years, a very big deal for us. We have spent the last year finding out from the public, our professionals, partners and NMC employees what kind of organisation we should become. About the role Our strategy will set out a clear ambition for change, improving how we fulfil our core regulatory responsibilities, and how we can actively support our professions, the public and partners as well as influence the context for learning and care. We are looking for an exceptional HRBP to help us with this. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will support across a range of HR work – from organisation design, job design to employee relations and helping support managers deliver. About you Chartered MCIPD qualified Proven experience of delivering as a credible highly skilled business partner. Strong change management experience with experience of delivering the people aspects of organisation-wide change projects and programmes.
