Overview
We have a new opportunity to join a global FTSE listed insurance company based in Central London as an Accounts Assistant. They are looking for someone on an initial 12 month fixed term contract whilst someone is on maternity leave. Key responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant role include: Process supplier invoices and prepare weekly payment run Verify and release employee expenses on systems Answer any queries raised by suppliers/internal clients Maintain the purchase ledger going forward Supplier spend analysis;Central purchase account reconciliation and reallocation of costs Adhere to financial reporting requirements including monthly phasing of income GBP & USD AMEX accounts If you are interested in the initial responsibilities above then please apply or for more questions please email me directly at
