Service Desk Manager / Team leader – Application Support: Glasgow ITIL Framework | Team Management | SLA’s | KPI’s | Coaching / Mentoring | A leading company that we are currently working with is looking to take on a new ‘Service Desk Manager /Team leader based in Glasgow. The client is interested in Service Managers with experience of managing a team of 10 individuals and proven track record raising the KPIs of team members. You will be able to demonstrate competency in the ability to effectively run meetings, share and promote company information and strategies, as well as a familiarity with ITIL frameworks. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a knowledge of PC literacy including Microsoft Office is essential, as is a clear vision and purpose to inspire colleagues to achieve and develop their talent. Experience in a customer service environment and understanding of payroll Legislation would be an advantage.
