Customer Service Adviser £16,000 - £20,000 (Immediate Start) Customer Service Adviser Exciting customer services role in Glasgow city centre Your new company A multi award winning company, having secured several new clients they are now recruiting for customer services staff for their Glasgow city centre office. They work with various high profile and well-established clients and as a result these are permanent roles offering progression and development opportunities. Your new role Following an established training program, you will be able to deliver inbound and outbound contact calls ensuring customers experience impressive levels of care. In addition to customer service responsibilities you will also be tasked with calls relating to customer collections. Working for a regulated company, you will be expected to be professional and at all times treat customers fairly. What you'll need to succeed The client is looking for someone who can deliver a high standard of customer service. This experience can be brought from a variety of backgrounds including, but not limited to, contact centre, hospitality, financial services and retail. You need to be passionate about customer service to thrive in this role, if you don't have the experience but think you could excel in this position then you may have what the client is looking for. Finally, you will be comfortable working to targets and meeting deadlines.
