Overview
Our client based in Edinburgh are looking for 2 candidates to accurately enter data information onto relevant systems to provide a high quality service to customers. Main Responsibilities: Enter data information into relevant systems, in a timely and accurate manner. Responsible for the process relating to the upload/download of customer information. Provide a high level of internal and external customer service, including the adherence to the Company Telephone Policy. Carry out any other relevant duties as requested by the Line Manager to ensure the effective performance of the Depot Operation. General Responsibilities:- To partake in any developmental training as required in compliance with the Company's commitment to the Investor in People Standard. Responsible for promoting a professional image of the Company and for complying with the Company's Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policies at all times, including work related events which take place outside normal working hours. Comply with all relevant Health, Safety and Security Regulations. Read and comply with Company rules, procedures, agreements and any notices displayed by the Company throughout your location. Seek continuous improvement through ongoing quality initiatives in line with the EFQM Business Excellence Model. Successful candidates must possess a Basic DBS and also provide 5 years' worth of written referencing. The rate of pay is £10.48 an hour, based on a 37.5 hour week working between the hours of 12pm and 7.30pm. This is a temporary role for intially two weeks, with the possibility of this being extended. Please apply today.
