Arbitration/Litigation Paralegal at top US Law Firm: to £37,000
Overview
A prestigious US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Paralegal to join the International Arbitration/Litigation team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities will include administrative tasks associated with the preparation of legal submissions and exhibit bundles, administrative support to legal teams at arbitral and court hearings, file arbitration and court documents, maintaining hard-copy and electronic case files as well as procedural correspondence, preparation of document indices, cite-checking and proofreading drafts and coordinating this process with others where necessary,photocopying and scanning, document review, including with the use of e-discovery platforms, Co-ordinate projects with external vendors, assisting with translation assignments, where applicable, any other reasonable duty in line with the level of the role as required. Candidates must hold an undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree qualification in law, with extensive prior experience within an arbitration or litigation environment is essential and prior experience using document review platforms, MS Office, electronic file management systems, and electronic resource tools, such as Kluwer, Westlaw and LexisNexis. Candidates must have previous experience working within Arbitration/Litigation within a law firm. Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm.
