A leading Legal 500 firm in Bromley is looking for a corporate commercial solicitor with approximately 4-7 years’ PQE. As an experienced corporate commercial solicitor, you will be involved in advising on a full range of corporate and commercial work including M&As, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, IP and drafting commercial contracts. The firm has a prestigious client base and you will have exposure to a good quality caseload, working alongside partners who are recognised in this area of law.
