JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor PQE: 5 LOCATION London SALARY: £85 - £100K benefits THE ROLE: This highly regarded law firm is looking for a Corporate Solicitor with 5 years' PQE to take ownership of their own corporate caseload predominantly dealing with mergers and acquisitions both domestic and cross-border as well as private equity and management of objectives. The team covers a full range of corporate transactions with particular focus on tech-based clients and VC deals. THE CANDIDATE: As an experienced Corporate Solicitor you will be well versed in the full spectrum of corporate deals. You will be driven, ambitious with the ability to work. Venture capital experience is essential.
