Based in the West End of London, this prestigious and highly regarded firm are offering an opportunity for a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join a growing department with an envious corporate client base. The Firm This firm are packed full of high calibre lawyers and have strong and established relationships, counting large corporate clients, U/HNW individuals, retailers, fast-food chains and household names among their client base. The Role Due to winning an influx of new work in Corporate and Commercial, the firm are looking for a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE and a good grounding in a broad range of matters. You will advise a range of start-up companies and established businesses undergoing change or expansion on all corporate and commercial matters. Solicitors have a hands-on role in this department and are involved in all aspects of the work, meaning excellent client care is essential. You will also have the opportunity to develop and build on new and existing relationships. The department act for a range of clients and business of all sizes, up to blue chip organisations. You will advise in a variety of sectors including tech companies, service industries, retailers, leisure and hospitality, health, beauty and more. The caseload will include corporate finance and banking, JV and shareholders' agreements, company sales and purchases, commercial contracts, franchising and more. This role comes with strong prospects for progression for the right individual. The Requirements You will be a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE You must have strong communication skills Management experience would be of benefit but not essential This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work within a thriving and busy corporate department, based in the West End, London.
