JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor PQE: 4 – 6 years LOCATION London SALARY: £60 – 80K Benefits THE ROLE: This firm is looking for a Corporate Solicitor with between 4-6 years' PQE to join this highly regarded, market leading law firm to join the team to support on a wide range of issues to include a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and incorporations and restructurings. THE CANDIDATE: This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, driven and client focused Solicitor with a corporate legal background to join this team. You will ideally have experience of working with healthcare sector clients although this is not essential. Having a commitment to deliver exceptional client service and the ability to work effectively both independently or as part of a wider team.
