Overview
An independant software company are looking to expand their team by recruiting a Technical Sales Engineer, to act as the first point of contact, assisting customers with technical evaluations until the sale of the product is finalised. The h ours of work for this position are 03:00am until 11:30am. The Technical Sales Engineer will provide customers and clients with product demo’s and webinars. Provide feedback and requests of the product features to the Product Owner. Assist with producing marketing content & resources, and training for the sales teams use. Assist customers during their trial period, answering queries using a ticket system, and entering on-boarding feedback into SalesForce. Experience the Technical Sales Engineer will need: Office 365, G Suite or Outlook experience Knowledge of SAAS or cloud-based products Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills Minimum 1 years experience within a similar role (may suit someone who is working in an IT support role, looking to move into more of a sales-focused role) Experience with Zendesk and/or SalesForce would be highly advantageous For more information on this position, please contact Joely at CatchFish Recruitment.
