Overview
Do you want to develop your research career working for an innovative and prestigious global client, in one of the world's largest research organisations? Working as part of their largest global tracker account and doing a lot of very interesting work that has a real impact? They are recruiting for an enthusiastic and driven Associate Director to come in, lead, own and manage. You will be a role model who leads by example, who is easy to work with and has time for others. Someone hands-on, looking for an opportunity to grow into a leadership role. You will thrive under pressure and be able to work methodically in a fast-paced environment, whilst juggling lots of tasks. These will include designing research, overseeing projects, develop the work the end client is doing and manage a small team of researchers. You'll be working on an account for a multinational company, providing pioneering research to enable them to achieve their mission. Leading the day to day management of an exciting and challenging multi-market, on-going, tracking program.
