RGN - Physical Health - Newly opened Mental Health Low Secure rehab and step-down service Location: Norwich Salary: £22813.44 per annum (£18.28 per hour ) - negotiable depending on experience Hours: Part Time hours - Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9-5 every other week Tuesday will be 0700 - 1500 Shifts : This role is 24 hours per week - week 1 will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 0900 - 1700 and week 2 is Tuesday 0700 - 1500 Wednesday and Friday 0900 - 1700 Further Details : An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Registered General Nurse or Registered Adult Nurse (RGN) to work within a small friendly and supportive independent mental health hospital made of two clinical areas providing assertive rehabilitation and recovery focussed services for women with complex needs, challenging behaviours, severe mental illness and personality disorder. The Hospital provides A safe, supportive environment for adult women and young women in transition from child and adolescent services. There are high staff to patient ratios, a high quality MDT on site, Dietitian , community rehab and fitness suite on site. The Hospital takes an individualised and holistic approach to recovery offering bespoke and flexible treatment provisions and recovery plans. This is a safe, familial and empowering environment, offering a realistic alternative to traditional locked units. Your role will be as a physical health lead in support of the GP on site operating similarly to a practice nurse Service Details: The Hospital has a great reputation and recently opened in July 2019 after relocation.
