RECRUITMENTiQ are working in partnership with a local public sector organisation, to recruit a Head of Service - Safeguarding & Quality Assurance. £53,713 - £57,225 This is an exciting time to join us, we have restructured, creating key roles to join a well-established, senior management structure. We are seeking three experienced and enthusiastic Heads of Service with drive and commitment. Safeguarding underpins all that we do in Children's Social Care, this makes the Head of Service - Safeguarding and Quality Assurance a fundamental role for our business. If you are appointed, you will provide direction to the Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Service to achieve key outcomes, leading on the management of change, facilitating innovation and continuous improvement. From developing and building a co-ordinated, efficient and robust range of Safeguarding functions across the Department to contributing to Safeguarding standards across the Council as a whole, you will manage and champion delivery of quality Social Care Services.
