Overview
Military Medical Personnel are currently seeking a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist with experience in Neurological Rehabilitation for a permanent, full-time role with a private Hospital in Tonbridge, Kent. The Hospital is industry-leading this highly specialised field, and take a holistic approach to their delivery of patient care- with a big focus on interdisciplinary working to achieve the best results possible. Once in position, you will be ensuring the delivery of effective Speech and Language Therapy across the site, though professional leadership, operational management, supervision and guidance of the Speech and Language Therapy Team. You will maintain and develop the service provision, and take the lead on delivering advanced and specialist treatment of the most complex cases of patients with neurological insult and acquired brain injury. To apply for this role, you will need to be a qualified & HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist, and show a passion for working with patients displaying a variety of Neurological presentations and/or cognitive impairments. Experience of team leadership and evidence of a having worked at Band 7 level (or equivalent) will also be required.
