Overview
Your new company You will be working for a Privately owned Global Lloyd's Brokers based in the heart of the City with offices based in the UK, USA, Middle East, Europe and Asia to name a few. Your new job role working as an Account Executive will be working within a large established Real Estate team handling complex risks for both UK and Global clients. Your new role You new role as a Property Account Executive will be working within an established Real Estate team providing the day to day servicing of a client's insurance programme to support retention and development of the business as well as providing support on predominantly UK and Pan European Accounts with premiums ranging in the millions. This is a very client focused role where you will be dealing with clients daily both face to face and over the phone, You will be identify the risk exposures and advise on insurance and risk management solutions in consultation with the Account Directors. Dealing with clients from inception to completion to include Broking to Company markets. You will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients working alongside Account Handlers and Client Director. Other duties will include preparation of all of market and client documentation. What you'll need to succeed You previous experience working in Real Estate and Property as an Account will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will have the ability to identify opportunities for business development with an awareness of FCA regulations and guidelines relating to both wholesale and Retail customers. Your will have proven working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good grades in Maths and English are also essential.
