Internal Customer Service Innovative bespoke packaging solutions provider seeks Internal Customer Service person with ambition to develop. Based in the Swindon office, your role will be to support the Account Manager on a daily basis to ensure customers receive the highest possible service That all sounds great, tell me more As an Internal Customer Service person you will work closely with the Account Manager, ensuring all customer orders are dealt with and processed quickly and accurately, organising meetings, dealing with customer queries, chasing orders and ensuring all administration is dealt with on time and to the highest possible standard To be considered For this Internal Customer Service role you will be experienced in customer service / account management with strong administrative and IT skills.
