If so, Woven would like to hear from you Woven are recruiting for a Customer Service & Sales Executive in our Swindon office You will be expected to take inbound calls and generate sales to meet KPIs and targets set. Candidates will need to have a good understanding of progressive sales and an excellent understanding of Customer Service - you are going to be the first point of contact so you must have an exceptional telephone manner and a good attention to detail. We always encourage growth from within the business, ensuring plenty of opportunities for those who are keen to progress their careers Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Executive Job Type: Permanent Location: Swindon Salary: £16,318 - £21,966 per annum (10% Commission) Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00am-5:00pm or 9:30am-5:30pm Responsibilities and Key Skills To meet/exceed all individual and team targeted areas, including AHT, Successful transfers, Call Quality and Data Accuracy.? Work as part of a team to ensure all calls are answered within the agreed timeframe with the client.?
