Overview

Gi Group's client is one of the most well-known household brands based within the logistics industry. Due to growth they are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisers to work in their offices in Kingston, Milton Keynes. The core of this role is customer service taking inbound calls from members of the public with general queries in regards to their delivery. You must have customer service experience and happy working within a busy environment. The role will may also involve you speaking to customers via social media/web chat. Energetic and empathetic, you love talking to customers and have a talent for building relationships with customers over the phone. Experience working in a front line customer service role would be useful, but isn't essential. What's more important is that you have a good level of computer literacy and an eagle eye for detail as you'll be inputting information from databases. A brilliant team player, you always give 100%.
