Overview
Senior Scrum Master to move into a Delivery Manager position One of the leading most profitable specialising in developing Cloud SaaS solutions are embarking on a massive enterprise-wide Agile transformation programme and need a top notch Agile Coach to help bring this about. This is not for the faint of heart - we are talking about a 3-5 year change initiative across all departments in the business, impacting cca 400 people (100 strong in the Software Engineering team). This would also suit a highly experienced Scrum Master who has had experience in leading and delivering an enterprise-level Agile change and wants to move into pure Agile Coaching. The company has received a massive investment to turn form one of the leading providers worldwide into THE number one on a global scale. They are growing across every measurable parameter: staff, development, products (Cloud, Web, Mobile, Big Data), offices around the globe, revenue, profit etc. An incredibly exciting time to join them You will be joining a team of Scrum Masters, Product Managers, BAs, Devs and QAs, reporting to the VP of Engineering, and working with all of them to implement best Agile practices across business units. Senior management is already on board and fully supporting the change, however you will still have to be excellent at negotiating and continually coaching - it is all about bringing an in-depth Agile mindset to the whole business, not just the Development team What we are looking for: - Planning, strategizing and driving the entire global transformation initiative - Working across different business functions (e.g. Dev, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to educate all types of stakeholders on the importance of an Agile mindset and how it relates to and helps everyone - Work with the Scrum Masters on continually coaching teams to ensure they become self-organised and self-sustaining - Be the face and the absolute authority on anything Agile for the whole company - Simply: a love and passion for Agile - you know Agile principles better than you know your own birthdate These are just the basics - obviously this is an amazingly ambitious and challenging role.
