Registered Nurse - RMN / RNLD Norfolk £32,000 - £38,000 Eclypse recruitment are looking to recruit a Registered Nurse RMN / RNLD to join a CQC rated GOOD private mental health hospital in Norfolk. The hospital provides high quality care for young people who present with a wide range of complex psychiatric, emotional and behavioural difficulties, alongside a 10 bedded acute mental health ward for adults - complex nursing care. DUTIES - Taking responsibility for assessing the care needs of patients and the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of individual care plans. - To take an active role in providing a safe and therapeutic environment for all who use and work in the hospital. - To support the Charge Nurses and Senior Staff Nurses, in delivering 24-hour care and management of ward based in-patient services. - To safeguard children's and young peoples' needs The Candidate Active NMC registration - RMN or RNLD qualified Committed to patient centred care Experience within a similar setting with younger adults This role is offering a salary of £32,000 - £38,000 attractive holiday allowance, free meals, NMC renewal, free parking, discounted memberships/ schemes, pension, CPD temporary accommodation available if required.
