Overview
We are looking for Support Workers close to the Easingwold area of North Yorkshire. Excellent training is provided so no experience is required, however what is important is having a passion to helping adults living with disabilities and challenging behaviours. As a Support Worker, you will be supporting a vulnerable adult living in their own home. The role is extremely rewarding and varied; it will involve days out and helping the service user with their day to day life, such as domestic duties, cooking and managing her finances. You will help them to take part in activities and hobbies that they enjoy, including walks, gardening, animals and going out for coffee . There will also be elements of personal care involved when required. Helping someone to achieve their personal goals is a feeling like no other.
