NT Voice and Data Solutions value each and every member of their team, and are committed to their staff training with most of the current team have been apprentices with the company in the past Find out more about NT Voice and Data Solutions here: https:/// Salary, Hours & Benefits £8100 per annum Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm 40 hours per week 21 days a year holiday plus Bank Holidays Annual Company Event Continuous investment in staff development Ongoing training/vendor qualifications There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further. Roles & Responsibilities On-site support with a senior engineer Configuring and installing telephone systems Networking on routers and switches Liaising with customers, including end-user training Remote changes and fault finding Full support and guidance will be provided by both the employer and training provider throughout the apprenticeship. Desired Skills & Competencies Keen interest in a career in the sector Good communication skills Personable and professional Passion for technology Problem Solving skills 5 GCSEs grade A-C or equivalent, to include Maths and English Due to the nature of the role, a driving licence is required Training to be Provided If you are successful in securing this role, you will be enrolled in one of our apprenticeship programmes.
