Electrical Maintenance Shift Engineer | South West London, South Kesington| Client Direct | Up to £41,471.50 Excellent Package Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer? If so then please read on: I am currently recruiting for Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineers to work in a flagship premises in South Kensington. Technical duties will include; Emergency Lighting, Fault Finding, Wiring, Power Distribution, Sockets, Circuits, UPS, Switching - HV/LV, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Pumps, Motors, Belts, Fans, Boiler checks, Generator tests etc. Day to day duties will also include other general building services. This will be working client direct for one of the most attractive, growing businesses in the UK building services industry. Package: Working client direct opposed to a contractor up to £41,471.50 salary Day and nights shift 20 shift days holiday Medical Insurance Season Ticket Loan Cycle to work scheme Childcare vouchers Travel insurance Health checks Overtime Available A lot of progression available Annual pay review Requirements: Experience working in commercial building services City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent Apprentice trained - Desired not essential HVAP - Current - desired not essential Able to work the hours advertised Experience working within both landlord and tenant area's of a commercial premises are preferable.
