Job Description
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Location: London Salary: £32,500.00 to £37,500.00 per annum Job type: Permanent, Full-time Our client are a reactive and planned maintenance FM company covering London and the surrounding postcodes. They are a well-established maintenance company. You will be working for a modern, forward thinking business that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the company's success. The working role is to be a reactive and planned maintenance engineers covering all aspects of electrical call outs/emergency responses. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer: * Lamp & Ballast pack changing * EM Lighting testing * Power install * Fault finding/Loss of power * Install of small power * Electrical Testing Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer: * Knowledge/experience of property management will be an advantage * 18th edition qualification (Required) * Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner * Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and safe lifting and handling procedures * Individual to be smart and presentable to all our clients * Reactive maintenance: 1 years (Required) * CSCS card (Required) * iPAF/PASMA (Preferred) * Licence: Driving Licence (Required) * Background checks and references Required The successful candidate will receive training and support through their in-house helpdesk. Uniform, ID, PDA and vehicle included. The works will include a rota for OOH call outs. A clean driving license is preferred, the position will be lone working so they will have to have good social skills for our clients along with the ability to produce accurate reports and descriptions of quote requests.
