Overview

We are delighted to be working with our client, based in Newcastle City Centre, who are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst You will be responsible for the following: Partnering with business and technology groups to elicit requirements and manage the design, development and successful implementation of ERP products and modules. Partnering with Business Analysts and cross-functional groups to elicit functional and non-functional requirements Understanding existing and anticipated ERP functionality, including cloud-based offerings, that meet business demand Managing the configuration and set-up of ERP related solutions Managing approved developments and projects as delivery lead ensuring completion to time and budget, managing internal and external resources and coordinating system and user acceptance testing. Leading the evaluation of new business systems solutions and exploring enhancements to existing business processes or systems. Partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate software requirements into technical solutions. Planning and leading on support for the modules you are responsible for, including scoping and testing of support pack installation and software upgrades Developing and maintaining good working relationships with stakeholders in order to design, develop, deliver and maintain effective business solutions. Providing advice about system functionality and supporting stakeholders in effective use of the systems. When required, partnering with key strategic ERP solutions partners to help develop the vision of the technology service Working closely with 3rd party vendors including software providers, implementation partners and consultants You will ideally have the following: Demonstrated knowledge of SAP products and modules Proficient eliciting ERP integration requirements Demonstrated proficiency in configuration and functional set-up of SAP software Demonstrated domain knowledge of enterprise wide ERP related business and technical processes Ability to manage and prioritise multiple complex projects simultaneously Ability to be flexible about project changes and dynamically mitigate risks in the moment with mid-course corrective action Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining good working relationships with key stakeholders Appropriately manages customer expectations regarding scope, schedule and budgetary parameters Experience leading cross functional teams and projects to drive business improvements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills with ability to learn new things and adapt quickly to changing technologies and new business requirements Strong negotiating and influencing skills Customer focused and service orientated, with the ability to manage relationships effectively Demonstrated experience writing software requirement specifications and test specifications Detailed knowledge and experience on two or more core SAP HCM modules to include Personnel Administration (including Pensions experience). Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 plus fantastic benefits
