Overview
A highly successful IFA practice based in Guildford is looking for a Senior IFA Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of very experienced professionals that pride themselves on their long lasting relationships with a range of both corporate and private clients. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the team and will be highly experienced with at least five years spent in the financial services sector and qualified to Diploma status. Experience required: Processing new business for private and corporate clients Extensive knowledge of Investment Bonds (onshore & Offshore), ISA’s, Venture Capital Trusts, pensions (individual & group), Private Medical Insurance and Life related business. Confident telephone manner Ideally some team leadership or admin management experience as the role will include overseeing two junior administrators Extremely competent using IRESS AO particularly the fee reconciliation side of the software Excellent numeracy skills Proficient user of Excel In addition to a salary of £30-35,000 pa, the successful candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package and discretionary bonus.
