Document Controller Are you looking for a new permanent position as a Document Controller? Or have a passion to develop your role? Then carry on reading Contract: Temporary Salary: £10.00 - £13.00 per hour When: March 2020 Where: Crawley, West Sussex Randstad Contact: Sophie Clemmence Maidstone Office opt 4 The perfect person will be someone who is experienced and feels confident with working and liaising with staff on a construction site. Key attributes for this role include a positive and proactive attitude along with the ability and confidence to chase all site staff for documents and information needed. Duties include: Uploading and downloading on a document control system Liaise with relevant people on site to resolve any issues and chase comments Site based document control e.g. managing drawings on the Hub and Ops Centre co-ordination as and when required Dealing with IT issues on site by liaising directly with IT support Assisting the team with any site administration including typing, printing, keeping spreadsheets up to date, filing etc if necessary Gain an understanding of Quality and Assurance to do audits on site to make sure that everything lines up with processes in place Travelling to Sites to make sure that all documents are being filed correctly within the Q&A as well as completing any tick boxes that are required on site Experience: Experience within a similar role in Construction, Property or Engineering is essential. Confident with chasing and liaising with site personnel Team player Ability to learn new systems by being computer literate Does this all sound of interest to you?
