Role: Property Manager Location: Finchley, London Salary: Approx £28,000 to £30,000 Our client is a well established Estate Agency based in Finchley. They are currently offering the opportunity for someone with experience in residential property management to join their team as a Property Manager with an immediate start. Key Responsibilities: Property maintenance Chasing outstanding rents (but not accounts) Collecting invoices from contractors and ensuring correct Advising of legal regulations Referencing and setting up new let files Drawing up legal paperwork incl notices and tenancy agreements Arranging gas certs and EPC and electrical reports Inspections Renewals The Candidate: 2 years experience in residential property management is essential Must have drivers licence and own car Must be up to date with legal regulations ARLA qualified would be advantageous but not essential This vacancy is being managed by James Bedding at Spear Recruitment Ltd Spear Recruitment Ltd is an Employment Agency acting as such under the Employment Act 2008 and Employment Agencies Act 1973.
