Overview
I am recruiting on behalf of a large social housing company, they are looking for a planner to work in the Lambeth area. This is a temp to perm position, full time, Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00. The position will involve speaking to residents on the phone, arranging for repair works to be carried out in their properties, liaising with trades people to ensure the works are carried out, and closing off jobs on the computer system once they have been completed. You will also be required to undertake other ad hoc administrative work as and when required, including collating data, updating spreadsheets, answering calls, etc. The rate of pay is £11p/h, paid weekly, a week in arrears, through PAYE Umbrella.
