HELLO... We're looking for a CRM Data Planner Who are we? We're MullenLowe Open. What will you do? We're looking for a Data Planner for an initial 6 month fixed term contract to work across a number of CRM accounts within the agency. You'll support the Lead Data Planner across these accounts, discovering relevant trends from various data sources including client 1st party customer data, CRM databases, website data, surveys, etc and translate and distil these trends into powerful insights to drive a strategic approach. You'll be able to effectively communicate your insights and strategic approaches to data savvy and non-data savvy audiences whilst collaborating with Comms Planning to connect the data and comms planning approach to improve the creative output across your clients. Alongside all of this, we want you to develop cross channel contact strategies, leveraging data and MarTech capabilities. Requirements About you? Youll be a driven Data Planner with a passion for CRM. Someone who understands the relationship between data and creative and can harness this to provide meaningful and digestible insights for our clients.You'll have demonstrable data planning experience working with customer data and an appreciation for the value of data to enhance the creative output and customer experience. With strong presentation skills and the ability to simplify the complicated, ideally you'll be working in a CRM/Digital agency, consultancy or client side. If you have an understanding of how MarTech such Adobe, SalesForce, DotDigital, Eloqua work , that'd be great but not essential.
