Overview
A forward thinking service business based in Birmingham are currently recruiting a proactive Senior Credit Controller within a globally recognised organisation. My client has been in operation globally for many years and Have head offices in Canada. My client aims to streamline processes for its clients by eliminating errors and providing vital information, and work with various businesses globally to help them find the right solution. Here you can gain some real hands on experience as a Credit Controller reporting directly to the Head of Management accounts and controls department within a friendly close knit finance department of 5 in the Birmingham office with the opportunity to travel to Oxford for meetings with divisional finance teams. This position can be developed in any way the Assistant management accountant would like, with the chance to streamline processes and reporting. Ideally, you will: • Aged debtor reporting on a weekly basis identifying the debt causing concern • Monitoring credit terms and credit limits • Allocation of cash, and posting of journal payments and KPI reporting with different departments • AAT qualification or equivalent with 2 years credit experience In return, you will: • Have the opportunity to travel to other sites across the UK and gain exposure with various departments • Competitive salary and bonus scheme • Have the opportunity to experience a diverse fast paced workload in an interesting service business with excellent benefits • Be working in a close knit team with exposure to more commercial exposure This Senior Credit Controller role is a great chance to gain further all round accounting exposure and progress your accounting career within a rapidly expanding business.
